Perhaps the most sinister influence on America’s Far East policy and opinion was the now-defunct Institute of Pacific Relations (IPR). The recipient of grants from the Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations, the institute published hundreds of thousands of pamphlets on China for U.S. public schools and the military. These pamphlets extended the myth that the communists were “agrarian reformers” and the Nationalists “fascists.” The Senate Internal Security Subcommittee eventually found IPR included 54 persons connected with the communist world conspiracy. Among them were such communists or pro-communists as Alger Hiss, Frederick Vanderbilt Field, Owen Lattimore, and John Stewart Service. Alexander Barmine, a brigadier general who defected from the Communist Army, testified IPR was “a cover shop for military intelligence work in the Pacific.”

Bill Clinton is a member of the Trilateral Commission, which — as you will learn if you don’t already know — was founded in 1973 by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski with the explicit goal of creating the “new world economic order” that Clinton is talking about. The creation of this new world order, according to the Trilateral Commission’s own writings, means “working against the best interest of the United States”[1] to accomplish an “end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece”, which will eventually give way to a one world collectivist government run by them from behind the scenes.

Communist Influences and Demise
The IPR has been considered by the American Communist Party and by Soviet officials as an instrument of Communist policy, propaganda and military intelligence. The IPR disseminated and sought to popularize false information including information originating from Soviet and Communist sources…. The IPR was a vehicle used by the Communists to orient American far eastern policies toward Communist objectives.
