Yukihisa Oikawa Profile : Born June 18, 1960 in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from Sophia University Faculty of Literature, Graduated from International Christian University Graduate School of Christian theology. After working for Merrill Lynch, Inc. and Invesco Asset Management, UK, he became a staff member of Happy Science in 1994. Currently, while serving as the Foreign Affairs Director of the Happiness Realization Party, he has also appeared on radio and television programs in the United States as an international political commentator.
