We brought together civil society actors, researchers, and campaigners to critically examine:
– Impacts and risks of land-based geoengineering technologies and key projects
– Policy spaces where geoengineering is being pushed
– How civil society is doing to resist this dangerous distraction
We have also launched our new civil society toolkit on land-based geoengineering, designed to:
– Build understanding of key technologies
– Highlight risks and impacts
– Support advocacy and resistance efforts
