Geoengineering and HAARP weather weaponry is in the news, with a climate change conference exposing a research report on how to change the weather to counteract the effects of global warming. The applications of weather control were inquired about by the CIA to Rutgers University professor Alan Robock, and he aired the government interest in the potential for weaponized weather control at the conference. Though the strategy of weather control has been internationally banned, the past attempts by the US to control weather to military ends in Vietnam, and the continued CIA interest in affecting the weather is discussed in this Lip News with Elliot Hill and Mark Sovel.
