They are purposely keeping the Climate cold to hide the fact that it should be warmer right now. I think they are tryng to hide the fact that England and France should be subarctic cold right now (like Thunder Bay, Ontario or Yellowknife, Northwest Territories) by a joint NATO geo-engineering effort to shift European cold over to East America using what is left of the North Atlantic Thermohaline circulation and the jet stream. Essentially, they are buying the Europeans time to bring up the Africans as Migrants, in order to empty out Africa so they can move down there. Once that’s done they will shut off the Chemtrails and the Africans will be in Europe freezing to Death white the Europeans live in Africa. The Average warmest day here in March is 75F, the Average coldest evening is -5F. 58F is near average, but it’s March it could be much warmer, or much much colder. February this year was like March, with temps ranging from -5F to 80F, while March has been like February. Well, mid to late February.
