According to Dr. Michael MacCracken, we are approaching a last-resort phase in addressing the climate crisis, where solar intervention may become the only remaining option. He notes that a 1965 report already warned that such measures might eventually be necessary. Despite these early warnings, we continue to rely on fossil fuels and other dirty energy sources. Our ability to adapt to climate change is increasingly limited, and climate displacement is emerging as a major challenge for many countries as climate refugees continue to grow in number.
